The Standard
To guarantee that every client receives a pristine untouched investment from our studio we maintain a strict policy regarding the return of raw hair. Due to the intimate nature of our products and the stringent hygiene standards we uphold all sales are final.

Exceptions & Internal Errors
Loyalé remains committed to technical accuracy and the satisfaction of our partners. Returns or exchanges will only be authorised in the event of a verified internal discrepancy on our behalf. This includes the shipment of an incorrect product specification or a documented manufacturing defect.

Reporting a Discrepancy
Should an error occur with your order please notify our relations team via contact@loyalelaces.com within 48 hours of delivery. All claims must be accompanied by photographic evidence. Once a unit or bundle has been removed from its original security ties ribbons or packaging it is no longer eligible for replacement or credit regardless of the circumstances.

Technical Inspection
Authorised returns will undergo a rigorous inspection at our London studio. If the integrity of the hair has been compromised in any capacity, including washing, brushing or chemical alteration, the return will be voided and the item returned to the client at their expense.
